Whether you have journeyed through an abortion, miscarriage, still birth or late stage termination you are welcome to come and learn the ancient ways of tending to mind, body and soul after loss
This class is focused on teaching and sharing our love , knowledge and embodied experience with these plant allies
Whilst we truly acknowledge the deep tenderness that is present after this experience, this class is not a space for sharing your personal story. If, after the class you wish to seek 1:1 support from either of us, then please do reach out.
YOU DO NOT HAVE TO HAVE GONE THROUGH THIS EXPERIENCE TO ATTEND THIS CLASS
Whilst this is not a practitioner training, it will offer a foundation for you to learn how to tend your own body and a loved one in the wake of a pregnancy loss (body, mind and spirit) - this is ancestral care, and has always been held by communities'.

India Elyn is a birth doula, grief tender and folk herbalist with over 10 years of experience with the herbs.
Author of the book 'Honouring the Loss of an abortion - A holistic guide to healing with ritual and herbal medicine'.
India primarily works as a guide for those who are navigating the underworld of pregnancy loss. Supporting them through this time with herbal medicine, somatic practises and ritual holding.
Kay'aleya (she/her) is a clinical herbalist and integrative health educator devoted to equipping you with the holistic tools and strategies you need to take your menstrual, sexual and hormonal health into your own hands.
With a Masters of Science degree in Therapeutic Herbalism and 20 years of experience in holistic health with a history as a local community herbalist, massage therapist, doula, student midwife, and yoga teacher.
