I offer 30 minute phone calls for women who are preparing to end a pregnancy. During this time together I am a non-judgemental and compassionate ear. I offer simple self care practices to support this tumultuous time, explain easy rituals that can ease the grief on the other side and offer my own embodied wisdom of having been where you are , made it out the other side and found peace with my decision.
